Sell 911 Tennessee is a real estate company run by Scott and Sara Neal out of Murfreesboro, TN. We’re a family-owned business that focuses on helping homeowners, like you, get out of an unwanted house whether you’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell your property, or just need to sell their house for all kinds of reasons.
How We Got Started
Our real estate journey started several years ago, when we were inquiring about a foreclosure property in, of all places, Wisconsin. We knew that we wanted to get into the real estate industry but didn’t have a clear path. In steps Chris Buttrum.
Although Chris started as our realtor, we ultimately partnered with him on several residential projects in Wisconsin and Tennessee. We learned a lot through this experience and became very knowledgeable on how to develop multiple proposals/strategies to give our clients as many options as possible to sell their home fast.

Scott Neal

Initially an engineer, Scott always dreamed of getting into real estate and having rental properties. Like a lot of people, he always watched the shows on rehabbing and remodeling houses which only solidified his interest. His role within Sell 911 Tennessee is to work with clients to evaluate properties and determine options that we can offer. With his real estate license, experience in flipping houses, and professional know-how, Scott knows the market inside and out. Whether you want to list your house or sell it to us directly, Scott’s the ultimate resource.
Sara Neal
From Healthcare to Housing!
Sara worked as a Nurse for over 18 years and found a joy in helping people. Like her husband, she has always been very interested in real estate and quickly became a valuable resource. Currently, her main role within the company is helping pre-screen and set appointments. She has seen her level of involvement increase to the point that she is now a real estate agent in training to better team up with her husband and provide the best service they can to their customers who need to sell fast for cash. She is so excited to see their business grow to better help people and families.
Chris Buttrum

For over 19 years, Chris Buttrum has worked in the real estate and investing world, starting with his first rehab back in 2001. As the co-owner of Sell 911 Wisconsin and HomeWire Realty with his wife, they now have over 30 agents working nationwide on their team all committed to the same mission: bringing transparency and honesty to real estate, an industry that far too often is filled with misconceptions and disappointments.

Outside of real estate, there are other things that matter to us deeply. We’re members of Water.org, an organization dedicated to bringing clean drinking water and sanitation to disadvantaged areas of the world. With each house we buy, we donate $100 to hydrate the world.
